Harris Teeter Weekly Menu September 18-24, 2011

This week we're taking advantage of the great deal on fall squash! Make sure to check out the triples list before heading to the store and pick up some great deals on fridge and pantry items in addition to the weekly shopping list.  The total this week for two people is about $ 40 (without tax). Shop off the stock up list and you will be ready for the meals next week! Canned soups, vegetables, fruits, etc are all on sale this week so if you have a food drive coming up anytime soon this is the time to stock up!
