Bi-Lo Weekly Menu July 1-7

Last week we made the Summer Burritos and I actually cooked the whole meal on the grill! If you have a cast iron pan, place it on the grill and cook the vegetables while you grill the chicken. You'll get a great char-grilled taste and the meal becomes even easier to make! I hope you all have a wonderful July 4th celebration!

Harris Teeter Weekly Menu June 24-30

It's Super Doubles this week at Harris Teeter! This is the most exciting one yet because they changed up the rules. Now during this special week any coupon $2 or less will double!! That means you can get products at up to $4 off - so awesome. I've included the coupon match-ups for any items needed this week. However, check out these three lists from Southern Savers for all of the items you can save big on.

The subtotal this week is right at $40.  The Arugula Steak Salad, Pasta with Chicken Sausage, White Beans, and Arugula, and Peppers and Beef with Rice recipes are all four servings. If you're cooking for less you can eat leftovers, cut out a few meals, and save even more. Also, did anyone else receive coupons in the mail for $10 off a $40 purchase? I did so that means this week the menu is only $30!! There were four coupons - one per week until July 17th. Seriously, in LOVE with the Teeter.
