Easter Brunch Menu

Egg In A Nest, Ham Biscuits, & Yogurt Parfait
Brunch is one of my favorite activities and a great way to celebrate Easter. Since the holiday falls on a Sunday, it's hard to prep an elaborate meal knowing most of us have to return back to the grind on Monday morning. Brunch is a quick and easy celebration that leaves plenty of time for egg hunts and quality time with family and/or friends with time to spare for rest and relaxation to prepare for the week ahead. Follow this link for a breakfast/brunch menu for eight (yet easily adaptable to fit your crowd) to celebrate on Easter morning. Hoppy Easter!
