Healthy Christmas Menu 2012

StarNews article
This was a very exciting week with my first article being published in StarNews, the local Wilmington paper. I started writing for PortCityFoodies a few months ago but was ecstatic when the paper approached me for a center piece about healthy holiday eating and a menu. I felt like a true "StarNews Correspondent" when Paul Stephen came to my house for the photo shoot.

Photo shoot in progress

For those of you who don't live in Wilmington or didn't run out and buy 5 copies of the paper like I did (oops!), here is the menu if you would like to make any or all of these dishes for your celebration this year.

I'll be taking this week off from the menu plans to celebrate the holidays with family and friends. Coupon Kitchen will be up and running with new menus for the week of Dec 30-Jan 5, complete with a New Year's Eve dinner plan.

I hope you all have very Happy Holidays!
