Harris Teeter Weekly Menu September 25-October 1, 2011

My friend, Megan Simmons, gave me an awesome new recipe for Buffalo Chicken Thighs.  Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are on sale this week so it was perfect timing! I posted these as a Saturday meal that would be great when cheering on your favorite football team! Go Heels :)  Freeze the left over chicken and we'll use it next week.  Also be sure to check out the stock up list this week. Grab these items while they're on sale and we will make meals with them next week! The total for the weekly menu is right at $45.50 (without tax).  Add the stock up list and you are just over $60! Is anyone else jumping on the Teeter bandwagon with me?!
