Harris Teeter Weekly Menu April 29 - May 5

This is a fun week leading up to the Kentucky Derby and Cinco de Mayo all in one day! I'll be celebrating both while raising money for a great cause at Mint Julep Jubilee. If you are in Wilmington or surrounding areas and looking for a great way to celebrate, you should come too! The Chicken-Chile Tostadas seem like a perfect way to celebrate May 5th but do you have a favorite recipe or cocktail to celebrate either one of these occasions? Feel free to comment below!

The subtotal this week is $56. Remember to shop your local produce stand or Farmers Market and you may score even better deals on fresh produce.
