Harris Teeter Weekly Menu Jan 6-12

Harris Teeter sure knows how to ring in a new year - they're offering Super Double coupons this week at their stores. That means any coupon $2 or less will double in value which makes for a few awesome deals. Some of the deals are incorporated into the menu but check out Southern Savers and Port City Foodies for full lists of sale items/coupon match-ups.

Chicken breast packs are Buy 2, Get 3 Free. With 2 lb packages, the price per pound is $2.12 which is more expensive than the $1.99/lb from the butcher. However, if you like to stock up and keep chicken breasts on hand (like we do!) then this is one of the best deals you'll see.

I'm pumped about Huevos Rancheros and having breakfast for dinner. We don't do it enough! In the shopping list for that meal I have you purchasing Old El Paso green chilies and Old El Paso taco shells and tortillas. We'll use the tortillas this week and the taco shells and chilies next week. This coupon will help us save on all three, thus why we're purchasing them this week :)

Also, go ahead and purchase Barilla Lasagna on sale for $1.67 and we'll use it next week as well.

The subtotal is $50 including the items we need for next week. Happy shopping and cooking!
