Bi-Lo Weekly Menu October 16-22

This week's menu is inspired by two of my favorite websites, Pinterest and Smitten Kitchen.  Both are terrific sites for finding new recipes and I frequent them often.  This week we also get to see how versatile one ingredient can be...I hope you like pesto!
