Harris Teeter Weekly Menu May 13-19

Happy Mother's Day! To all of the readers who are moms, Sunday is your day to relax and enjoy. Print out the shopping list and have your spouse do all of the shopping for you! I purposely placed the Pepper and Chicken Nacho recipe on Sunday as an easy meal for all of the men to make:)

This week Harris Teeter is having a great sale on their canned beans. At $.50 each I plan to fill up my cupboard! The menu subtotal is $54. If you're not feeling all of the chicken breasts, switch up the Thai Kebabs with shrimp or go vegetarian on the Greek Chicken Salad and/or Pepper Nachos. Both have a good source of protein from the legumes so it's not necessary to have the meat and it will save you money as well!  If you're new to Coupon Kitchen, be sure to click the meal names below for the full recipe.
