Busy & Exciting Week!

This week is an extremely busy one but also very exciting! This afternoon I'm headed to Charlotte to participate in Food Lion's Frugal Cook-Off event. I was so honored to be asked to participate and the best part about it? I get an awesome giveaway prize for my readers! After the event in Charlotte (and working for a bit) I'm headed to my hometown of Waynesville, NC (also known as Waynesvegas) for our last wedding of the year! We're going out with a bang too. I'm the matron of honor (sounds so old!) in my bff since third grade's wedding. I can't believe Megan's wedding is already here - it feels like we were just in San Francisco/Napa Valley for her bachelorette weekend. I'm so happy for my partner in crime and thrilled that she has found a great guy who will be an amazing husband. Congratulations Megan & Matt! I can't wait for your big day!

Another exciting part about Megan & Matt's wedding is that their reception is at The Waynesville Inn, the same site Nick and I had ours almost two years ago! Time really does fly by and Nick and I are excited to go back and celebrate where our life began as "The Arnolds."

So, after giving you my agenda for the rest of the week, I'm sad to report there won't be any weekly menus. With all of the travel and responsibilities, there just isn't time to get even one posted.
