Harris Teeter Weekly Menu Sept 23-29

With the season change fall squash is officially back on sale and this week's menu is packed full of two of my favorites - butternut squash and spaghetti squash. Tuesday is our second wedding anniversary and since we are headed out Saturday night to celebrate at Catch, I'm cooking Tuesday night. I've heard phenomenal reviews about Catch and I have to admit that I look forward to a night off from cooking. However, I am excited to celebrate with yummy Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Meatballs and Spaghetti Squash Gremolata that I stumbled upon from Ambitious Kitchen on our anniversary. There's no better way to please Nick than with a chicken dish! I can't believe how fast the best two years of my life have gone by and I look forward to many more to come with the love of my life (I just had to get sappy, sorry!)
