I got so excited a few weeks ago when I stumbled upon this Halloween recipe that I decided to make a whole menu around it. We don't have kids yet and I'm not sure if we'll even have any trick-or-treaters this year so a festive menu is my way of celebrating. Eating Santa Fe Soup has been our tradition for the past few years but after making a huge helping of it for our housewarming party and eating leftovers, I'm a little Santa Fe Soup-ed out. This Halloween menu would be fun to make with kids, entertain friends or family, or to eat with your honey before snuggling up to watch a few scary movies. Do you have any favorite Halloween meals or traditions? I would love to hear them!
Happy Halloween everyone!
