Harris Teeter Weekly Menu Plan October 27 - Nov 2

This is an awesome week at Harris Teeter for low-priced pantry staples. Many of the items on this list are used on a weekly basis. Spices rarely go on sale so even if you don't need them, go ahead and add it to your grocery list and you'll save yourself a few dollars down the road. The subtotal is $46.

The weekly meal plan has the Spaghetti Squash Cauliflower Alfredo recipe down for Thursday. However, our Halloween tradition is to make Santa Fe Soup and hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. Nick and I have been doing this since the first Halloween we were together. It's hard to believe that was 6 years ago! If you're feeling more festive, check out this Halloween meal from last year.

Tip for the menu: Dice all of butternut squash when prepping the Quinoa & Vegetable Pilaf and store for quick prep of the Fall White Bean Stew.
