Harris Teeter Menu Planner Jan 12-18

I'm so sorry for the longer than anticipated hiatus! It's been nice to have a long break to recoup and regroup and I'm slowly getting back on track with weekly menus from both Harris Teeter and Lowes Foods. Thank you so much for sticking with Coupon Kitchen during this break and continuing to read my little blog!

This is one of my favorites weeks at Harris Teeter! Frozen 2.5 lb bags of chicken breasts are Buy 2, Get 3 free which is the rock bottom price per pound we will see on chicken breasts at HT. I always pack my freezer full during this sale! The 2 lb bags of EZ Peel Shrimp are also Buy 2, Get 3 free and the ad is full of more B2G3 deals and plenty of BOGO items!

The subtotal is $66.75 but that includes the $21.98 for 12.5 lbs of chicken!

Tip for the menu: Set aside half of the beef mixture from the Spicy Shredded Beef Tacos for the Spicy Shredded Beef Bowls later in the week.
