Harris Teeter Weekly Menu March 18-24

I know I usually do themed dinners for holidays but honestly, none of the St. Patrick's Day meals sound appealing to me. However, I hope everyone has a great time celebrating this weekend! This week is going to be a busy one for me. Monday night I will be featured on WCNC with Dion Lim and Tuesday morning I will be on Your Carolina with Jack and Kimberly. I have to admit that I'm a little nervous but very excited for these opportunities. Then on Friday it's my sweet hubby's birthday (as well as the Hunger Games movie premiere!). He refuses to celebrate but I've got a little something up my sleeve...

The subtotal this week is $53 but that will give us 1 1/2 lbs of shrimp to use next week. Harris Teeter shredded cheese is Buy 2 Get 3 Free (making it $1.15 each) so I'm stocking up on that for sure! You should have leftovers from the Three Cheese Florentine Penne so either substitute out another dinner or eat leftovers for lunch to cut down on grocery costs.
